Athletics Canada today named twenty-three athletes who will compete at both the IAAF World Cross Country Championships and Panamerican Cross Country Cup.
The 41st edition of the IAAF World Cross Country Championships takes place in Guiyang, China on March 28, 2015.
Prior to the World Championships the athletes will compete at the Panamerican Cross Country Cup in Barranquilla, Colombia, February 21-22. NACAC area champions will be determined through separate scoring of NACAC nations within the Panamerican Cup. In 2014 the Canadian junior women swept the individual podium and won team gold in the NACAC region while the other three teams won silver.
