Athletics Canada is pleased to announce an opportunity to compete at the IPC Grand Prix Desert Challenge Meet in Mesa, Arizona May 11-15, 2016. 6 athletes with the highest point totals on the Athletics Canada Point Score Table, who have yet to make a National Team or be nationally carded will be selected. Athletes who have been selected to Development Squads in the past comprise the pool of eligible athletes.

Along with the 6 athletes, a coach and IST member will accompany and oversee the classification process and competition. Athletics Canada will provide financial assistance for this opportunity.
