2019 Canadian 10K Championships
The Canadian 10K Championships will be hosted as a part of the Ottawa 10K at Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend.
The Ottawa 10K is the only IAAF Gold Label 10K event in Canada, and one of only four IAAF Gold Label 10Ks in the world. The Ottawa 10K attracts one of the world’s best fields of pro runners as well as thousands of participants from across Canada and the National Capital Region.
This year the 10K Championships will feature para-athletes in wheelchair, ambulatory and visually impaired fields. Medals will be awarded in those categories (not in individual IPC classes). There is no entry fee for para-athletes. If you are interested in registering in one of these sections, please contact Mitchell Torres (mitchell.torres@athletics.ca) to acquire an entry form no later than May 13.
