All races run entirely on naturally winding, rolling grass surface. All courses will be fully set up and open for preview starting at noon on Friday.

A race for everyone. Events vary between 4k (Youth Girls) and 10k (Senior Men) and include an open community race. All races are run on repeat loops of either a 2k or 2.5k loop.

Extremly spectator friendly. Start and finish lines are 80m apart, each race has the runners passing within sight of the start/finish area 4 times for each loop. Scenic backdrop looking out over Fort Henry and Kingston to Lake Ontario and Wolfe Island.
