Day 1 preview – Canada at the 2017 IAAF World Championships

The 2017 IAAF World Championships begin tomorrow in London, England, site of the 2012 Olympic Games, with nine Canadian athletes in action.

Athletics Canada won eight medals at the last World Championships (2015, Beijing, China) an all-time high, placing the country seventh on the IAAF medal table.
