Justyn Knight named Athletics Canada / BioSteel Athlete of the Month

Justyn Knight of Vaughan, Ont., has been named November’s Athletics Canada / BioSteel Athlete of the Month after winning the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships.

Following a successful summer on the track that saw Knight finish ninth in the IAAF World Championships 5000-metre final, he won all four of the cross country competitions in which he took part. His undefeated fall season was capped off by a strong kick over the closing 800-metres in Louisville to win the NCAA Championship.
