Pamela LeJean, Becky Richter featured in ParaTough campaign

The Canadian Paralympic Committee released today their Rio 2016 brand campaign the ParaTough Training Series. Athletics Canada is pleased to report that two track and field athletes, Pamela LeJean and Becky Richter, are both featured prominently. Check out the ParaTough website for more information. 

In her young career Pamela LeJean of Halifax, N.S., already has a number of notable titles to her name. Le Jean won gold at the 2015 Parapan Am Games in the seated shot put, and bronze in the seated javelin throw. She also won an IPC World Championship medal (bronze) at the 2013 Games in the shot put.

Becky Richter of Saskatoon, Sask., competed at the 2015 Parapan Am Games both on the track and in the field. On the track she placed fourth in the wheelchair 100-metres, and in the field won gold (Club throw) and bronze (Discus throw).
