Partnering with ACF

We Want to Hear From You!

To further our mission and meet our objectives, the Athletics Canada Foundation will be working alongside Athletics Canada to support athleticism across the country.

Do you have an idea, event or program that fits within our mandate? If so, then we want to hear from you! Athletics Canada welcomes the opportunity to fund partnerships or work alongside not-for-profit member associations without charitable status (intermediaries) that helps to fulfill its three objectives:

Getting Canadians Active

Keeping Canadians Active

High Performance Excellence

If you think that your idea, event or program might be a fit, please contact:

*Please note, Athletics Canada is a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association (RCAAA) meaning it has as its exclusive purpose and function, the promotion of amateur athletics in Canada. As such, Athletics Canada must operate under the rules and regulations related to these associations as set forth by the Canada Revenue Agency, Charities Directorate and their obligations under the Income Tax Act. According to the Income Tax Act, a charity or RCAAA usually carries on its activities using its staff or through an intermediary but it must still direct and control the use of its resources, and cannot merely be a conduit to funnel money to a member organization that is not a qualified donee.
