NACAC Championships - 23 Athletes enter ranked top 5 in the world

Here's a look at the athletes currently ranked top 5 in the world as per the IAAF Top List as of July 23, 2018. The list includes four World Leaders, two on the track and two in field events. Of the 23 athletes entering the NACAC Championships ranked fifth or better, 13 are on the track, 10 in field events.
