Athletics Canada oversees all aspects of planning and execution of the events, and will, by written agreement, delegate aspects of the execution of the events to a Local Organizing Committee (LOC). Bids will be evaluated on both their technical and financial proposal, it is expected that each proposal will include municipal, provincial, and local sponsor funding.
